Lets meet our Store Manager, Loraine
Now let’s meet our Fish Department Manager, Jeff Jeff has been with Jones & Co Pets for over a year. At Jones & Co Pets he brings a vast storage of knowledge and expertise to us and is a great resource to your fish and reptile questions. He has been in the pet industry for 8 years. When you get a chance to discuss reptiles and fish with him we are sure you will be as impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness as we are. Jeff enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, longboarding, bike riding, running, and swimming. He likes to stay active and is very excited to be earning his diving license soon. Jeff currently has several animals of his own: a Siamese cat, a Russian blue cat, 2 reef tanks, a 90-gallon freshwater tank, 2 planted aquariums, a couple of Nano tanks including one for blind cave tetras, a 60-gallon vivarium and a frog tank with leopard frogs. Over the years he has owned and cared for even more including: all kinds of snakes, frogs, lizards, dogs, cats and fish. His favorite part of working at Jones & Co Pets is “The people, the general environment that we set here and of course I love being around all the animals.” Jeff’s favorite customer memory was when one of his regular customers brought in his pet alligator and Jeff was able to pet and play with him. The most fun part of Jeff’s job “Taking care of hundreds of different types of fish and reptiles.” And now our Pet Department Manager, Barbra 
Loraine has been with us for the entire time she has been involved in the pet industry, which is 26 years. She is an outstanding hard worker and has done countless things for our company. She is extremely knowledgeable about the health and care of almost any animal you can think of. She is always striving to help our customers and employees with any issues and taking the time to explain information so they understand it. She has helped strengthen our amazing sales staff into well educated and knowledgeable pet professionals. Outside of work she is an avid gardener of flowering plants, she loves to explore new places, and she enjoys hiking and going on walks. She currently has several pets of her own: a white boxer, named Sugar, 3 long hair cats, 1 three toed box turtle and a 75-gallon tank of fish. Over the years she has owned even more including: finches, lovebirds, an iguana, a brackish water fish tank, a grey-cheek parakeet, rabbits, ducks, geese, a turkey and chickens. Her favorite parts of working at Jones & Co Pets are “The great people who work here, our community service, how we all care about the health and wellbeing of all pets and our wonderful customers.” Her favorite Jones & Co memory is hand taming a parakeet here who became a great talker with an over 200 word vocabulary and the owner came in monthly for years after. The most fun part of her job is “Teaching employees and customers about the care and health of all types of pets, fish, and reptiles.”
Barbra, or Barb as many know her, has been with Jones & Co Pets for over 10 years and has been involved in the pet industry for twelve. She is a dedicated employee and is in charge of caring for most of our pets here at Jones & Co. Outside of work Barb enjoys feeding wild birds, sewing, working with arts and crafts, and gardening. She currently has an American Bull Dog, named Winston, several cats, an Amazon Parrot, an umbrella cockatoo, a parakeet, several pond fish and a betta fish at home. However over the years she has cared for: all kinds of cockatoos, macaws, pionus, parrots, prairie dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, iguanas, turtles, fish tanks, flying squirrels, and ferrets. Her favorite part of working with Jones & Co Pets is working with all the animals and our customers! She thinks the most fun part of her job is “Finding and matching the perfect pet with their human family. And seeing the joy in all their faces every time they come back to visit.” Her favorite customer memory was when she was helping a couple with a pair of Gouldian Finches and they invited Barb over to their house to help set them up in an antique cage and they were kind enough to make her dinner as well!
Now lets meet the Executive Vice President, Mr.Riley Jones
Riley is a West Highland Terrier (Westie). He is about a year now. He keeps everyone in line here at Jones & Co. Pets and he works in the office doing computer work, making phone calls, and testing out the new toys.
Now lets meet our Customer Service Manager, Razzle Dazzle
Razzle, or Raz as most of us call him, is a very busy man. He spends time getting to know customers on a personal level because relationships with our customers is very important to him. He also demands that we carry the best of the best product. To ensure the quality of all our products he spends a significant amount of time sleep in beds and cat posts as well as personally taste testing many of our foods.
Everyone already knows our Security Manager, Mr. Cha-Cha 
Cha-Cha has been with the company for several years. You might even remember him from the Lynnwood store. He spends his day working surveillance in the store, especially keeping on eye on the registers and front doors. Recently, Cha-Cha has also started an employee fitness program at the store. He believes a positive attitude, healthy diet and lots of exercise is the best way to fit. Cha-Cha also recommends starting each day by singing out load and proud!
